1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Dispatch:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before dispatch—whichever comes first.
  • To cancel, email us at support@varnikamart.com with your order number.

1.2 After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, eligible returns can be requested after delivery.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • The product was not delivered within 15 business days from dispatch.
  • You canceled the order before dispatch, and the cancellation was approved.

2.2 Refund Process:

  • We will notify you after inspecting your return.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Return Conditions

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Certain categories like innerwear, personal care items, and perishables are non-returnable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, downloadable items, or products marked “Final Sale.”
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
