1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch:
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before dispatch—whichever comes first.
- To cancel, email us at support@varnikamart.com with your order number.
1.2 After Dispatch:
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, eligible returns can be requested after delivery.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The product was not delivered within 15 business days from dispatch.
- You canceled the order before dispatch, and the cancellation was approved.
2.2 Refund Process:
- We will notify you after inspecting your return.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Return Conditions
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Certain categories like innerwear, personal care items, and perishables are non-returnable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable items, or products marked “Final Sale.”
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
